Probe Down for the Count

Well tonight on my way home from helping a buddy out i got in to an accident!

Details as follows!

:cry:So after work i met up with a biddy to help him out on his car. getting the crank pulley off then i left to go home. Not more than 2 miles left in my trip i got into an accident! F#$%!!!!! only thing that ran through my head. Call the wife let her know im ok. Trade insurance since im fully covered and the police show up.

i miss her already and everytime i look outside it just makes me kick my self even more!

what happened was waiting at a red light, light turned green the lady infront of my started off as did i she slammed on her brakes in the middle of my 1-2 shift and by the time i got on the brakes it was too late. BOOM hit the tow hitch. Airbags didnt go off which may save her but probably not.

It didnt hit the radiator. just the hood fender head light and bumper... everything else looks good on it!

Glad yer OK...that DEFINATELY looks fixable.

Get that battery out of there ASAP...

Last thing you want is an underhood battery acid flush (if it was damaged)

i washed out the engine bay with water... i disconnected the battery as well but i cant get it out it's pinned...
if it's totaled i'm already looking at a donor body which appears to be in good condition. engine swap anyone!

yes and yes. it happened on thursday night so the adjusters havnt had a chance to come out yet

Once the insurance adjuster comes out to look at it we'll have a better idea of what to do with it, but he WILL have another PGT on the road soon. Thanks for all you guys willing to help out, we will definitely be calling you soon.

If it gets totalled, we're looking at an engine/trans swap into a VERY clean donor car.
