I deleted my AC a while backand now I am looking to put it back in. I collected the AC high/low lines, dryer, and condensor from a JY Gen 2 ATX to transplant into my Gen 1. What should I do to prep it for install? What is the best way to clean it out?

Make sure every line is clean and does not have any residue from a failed compressor, you can clean the lines with a solvent but don't do that to the compressor or the dryer. You should put a new dryer on. Change all the o-rings including the ones were the lines bolt to the compressor. Change the spring lock springs. Change the low and high pressure schrader valves.

You should also change the orfice valve/liquid line. It is cheap and is a wear/maintanence item like the dryer.

yeah, the orifice line is the one most at risk of plugging up from whatever crap got introduced from a failed compressor.

after reinstalling with all new o-rings, then, just put it on a vacuum pump for at least an hour to boil off all the moisture in the lines, and you are good to go.
