Hi folks. I recently received my catted downpipes and got set up to install them. When mocking up to install them with my buddy(not having removed the old ones) it seemed like the front two pipe combo would be a 2-3 inches long and the rear sort of seemed short by an inch or so. The box has a tag from ppe that shows 2010 ford flex instead of sho. Part number is correct 130001. Can anybody here confirm whether that would seem correct in your experience with the sho, or that may be an error in spec and actually be for a flex? Thanks for any help here

When I ordered mine for the SHO, it shows the same part that you were given. They have different bends to them than OEM, but should be interchangeable, as mine has same part number. Just be happy you got them. I ordered mine in June and am still waiting for my downpipes.

I ordered mine in June also. So there's hope for yours soon as well @SeanDev ! What I'm unsure of is that it could be the same part number being essentially the same but slightly different in final length on the flex vs the SHO. Going to try to reach out today to double check.

A quick update: ppe downpipes were installed successfully last night and are a thing of beauty! They could not have been a more exact fit if made oem... were within a 1/8" inch easily. A+

That's a good sign. Mine show up in 2 weeks, so sounds like there catching up on their orders. Can't wait to install mine... Now if GH can get parts for their turbos I wanted to swap everything else at once

How was braking the bolts that hold on the flanges of the downpipes to the block side and flex pipe side. Just asking because when I did my catback system it was a b**** to get the bolts off the ****** on the flex pipe. Had to get a friend with a flamethrower torch to burn em out.

Thankfully it went rather smoothly with a little penetrating oil and a breaker bar. Only had about 20k miles and only had the one bolt that was kinda ******* the firewall side. Hopefully it'll come back apart pretty smoothly too (since it only has roughly another 3k miles since then) when I will be installing gh upgraded turbos in the next couple weeks!
