Went to install my PPE catless downpipes and upon installing them I was blown away at how low they are once fully mounted. That wasn’t even the biggest issue, it was that the front downpipe is so far off alignment after the flex with the rear downpipe. No matter what I did (push it up with all might) it just wouldn’t align. Anyone else run into this issue? Also I’m not sure who the heck made the jig for these at PPE but they could have been done a lot better i.e. raised up and aligned better. Really bummed after waiting for over 3 months to get these and this was the outcome.
You can see here how much room there is between the oil pan and downpipe. They could have easily made so it sat up 5 inches higher…
