Im new to the forums and the SHO in general. Browsing around I see the 'PP' a lot. Could someone tell me the meaning and how I could find out if mine is one?

Easiest way to check is the ETIS site run your VIN through and it should tell you. 3.16 axle ratio is pretty much a dead giveaway for P/P but there are others. With it being a 2010 the original tires may not be still on but if so Goodyear Eagle F1's could be a fairly reasonable visual indication.
