I just took my rack out to replace it again because of pulsating on sweeping turns. I found that the valve wasn't all the way seated and I bent it when I tightened the line. The valve was stuck almost all the way closed i'm surprised there wasn't more issues.
For now i'm going to leave it out, because I can't wait. I'd like to see if any people have had issues running without it. I read on shotimes that some people did it.
Also thank you to whoever wrote about tightening the pump feed line. They wrote that it can suck air without leaking. I believe I had that issue, my hose clamp tightened quite a bit! I think it was rubydist?

So far so good I installed it without the valve and no more pulsation.
