Can anyone direct me on how to locate problem with no power to my power seats, Locks and Horn? I changed the fuse under the dash but that did not do the trick. It seems that the wires are in tact behind the fuse panel. Is there another place where I should be looking? There is power getting to the fuse panel because all the other fuses are working.

now you need to do some electrical troubleshooting.

under the seat is the power connector. you need to know if there is power and ground at that connector. that will tell you if you have an issue with lack of power or if the seat switch/motor is bad.

likewise, you need to find out if you have power at the wires on the horn.

if the power windows all work, but the power locks do not, it is likely an issue with the master door switch.

My 92 suffered this problem. .. I pulled the carpet out of the car and took the wiring harness apart and stripped the tape and such off looking for anything... didnt find anything.. then I took the kicked panel on drivers side floor and found nothing... I ended up running a new wire for power to tje wire in the kicker panel for power...
Everywhere I checked came up like 1 volt. Only thing I figured is the damaged wire must have been behind the dash possibly in the huge bulk of wires going threw the firewall...
I spent several long attempts trying to find anything with no luck.
Now however my battery drains down and its either the stereo or my guess is the wire I placed in.

I also forgot to mention I checked all the big connectors under the hood and everything was fine. Even had power out there. Now the wire might run in around the dash area also but I was not in the mood to pull the dash is why I ran a new wire.. I think I may cut the old wire out and completely wire in a new one to fix the problem. .
I know they all share a common ground but it dont explain why I was getting 1 volt unless the power wire was grounding out threw the ground wire.. I dont remember for sure but I believe my ground did show some volts
