Power Seats and Locks stopped working

So, I went to go move my passenger seat forward (they're both power) and it went forward about an inch and then stopped. Then I noticed that my drivers seat didn't work anymore, and neither do my power locks. I checked the owners manual to see if there's a fuse that controls all those, nope. But, there IS a circuit breaker that is connected to all those. So, I changed it, and they STILL don't work!! Any ideas??

Nevermind, it was a ****-fuse that was under the hood that blew out. The weird thing is, the fuse is marked as being power locks/power windows when its really power seats/power locks.
