90 mtx, I was wondering if anyone has a part number for the power seat motor or if its build into the seat?

I think there is a cast assembly that has 3 electric motors in a row, and I think the motors are similar to the power window motors. They have the barrel holding the fields being held with long thin bolts. So you might be able to get that off to see what is wrong. I don't know if getting the armature out is easy or not. I believe there are part numbers on the motors on a foil sticker.

You sure it's the seat motor and not the switch. I hear of switches failing more than the motors but these are very old units at this point.

the motors are built into the seat adjuster frame, which is common to all bucket-seat Taurus and Sable of that generation, so you should be able to find one at a jy without too much hassle.
