Powder coating?

Ive noticed that many of you have your intakes painted, is that powder coating? I like the aluminum look, but i want something more. since dont know much about paint, I dont know what you use for high temp applications. whatever the case may be, i want to have mine done soon. Ive been thinking about it, and if i have to, i could send them out for a week or so to get them painted. If theres any suggestions on were you got yours I'd like to here about it, or pics would be even better.

By the way, Ill have pics of my car soon, just need a dag blasted digital camera.

I used a chrome powder coat. You gotta clean them out real good or they smoke up the shop in the oven. I used to do them here, but stopped because of shipping. Most local race shops could point you in the right direction.
Paul knows where to get them jet-hot coated.

That chrome looks awesome, ive never even thought of that "color". I think im going to have it match my paint job. i guess they would have to custom mix the paint, but would that cost more? Then again, mabye ill get blue, no orange. Sooo.....many.....choices....

I had a red powder coat one. Now it is chrome Jet-Hot coated which is a ceramic insulator.

Quick off subject question. how do i put an image from my paint file into my signature?
