Poping sound coming from hubs

2015 PP I have a poping sound coming from the front end under hard acceleration found a tsb on it just wondering if anyone has had the same thing according to the tsb they put in a washer to take up some of the slop so im thinking the splines on the half shafts may be cut too long but not sure

Any idea what the sounds are? I don't think my Latin is good enough to translate though.

I think its slight movement from the halfshaft under load I looked at the tsb and Fords solution was the use of a special washer between the hub and where the halfshaft goes in hope that helps

Thank you.. I had the ting and pop with my 13 SEL... Could not figure it out and it wouldn't happen all the time.. this is great info. I know the dude that bought my SEL and will get him to check it. He works for my dealership .. so he has it easy.

Im glad that helped im so OCD its been driving me nuts if I take off easy it dosent do it but if I launch it I can hear it and I launch it every night leaving work I work for Chrysler but have had Ford cars all my life other than my Z06 so I have to keep those hemi chargers in check I now have a couple of die hard Chrysler fans looking at SHOs lol

I have had the same thing for 3 months now, I'm glad I checked back in on this.

The hydraulic trans mount also blew out, it has been replaced

Yes my SHO had the clicking TSB fixed it, also 2013 Explorer has the half shaft popping I'll get those replaced soon under warranty....looks like common problem
