Don't listen to him Mike. You did the right thing.

There is no way in **** anyone would have believed that any of that went down if you didn't come through.

Yes, we all did the right thing. But we all also died a little inside. especially seeing the photos sober. I think the teacher in Southpark had less of an "udder" effect.

This is what I'm trying to do. I've been looking at the website, there are sooooo many different polos they offer, it's making my head hurt :nut: I want to narrow it down to two polos, a cheaper one (probably a blend) and a medium priced one (all cotton). With a small order, the embroidery is $6 and I would add a $1 for the cost of the embroidery set-up (I'll need 50 orders to get my money back on that.) The cost of the package and postage will add, say $3? I'm guessing that part. With that in mind, what do you guys want to spend? That'll help me choose which polo to get. I'll see what color choices there are for the shirt and for the 1st embroidery design. I'll also see if we can have a choice of two embroideries, below. The SHO on the EcoBoost one would be silver.

I apologize that there hasn't been any recent news. I've picked out a couple polos and I'm waiting to get pricing on them. I talked to my friend on Friday and she said they've been crazy busy lately. The cheaper one will be around $25 plus postage, here's the color choices:

The other one will be around $30 plus postage.

I would like to have some color choices on the embroidery of the TAURUS SHO one below.

The SHO would be silver in this one, along with the green and blue of EcoBoost.

Once I get a quote on prices, I'll take orders and get them made. I'll get a turnaround time also. I think that embroidery can also be used on hats. I briefly looked at the selection, there are some that are quite inexpensive.

Either shirt style would be for me. I'm color blind, so I have problems with picking the colors out from the photos. I would like a shirt in a red(darker color if possible) with the embroidery of the Taurus SHO Logo(photo#1) in a gold or beige color. My size would be XL. Let me know when and how I would submit my order and payment.

Thanks for all the help,

DJ

I'll start taking orders. Please note the following:
-which polo, size and color
-which logo, TAURUS SHO or SHO EcoBoost
-for the TAURUS SHO logo, what color embroidery (I'm assuming a choice)
See my previous post for the logos and colors for each polo. I haven't heard back from my friend yet for a definite price, but what I posted should be pretty close. She did say the darker color polos are a bit more expensive. I'll have to go to the Post Office to come up with what postage will be and I'll go to Office Max to get some heavy duty envelopes. If you can think of anything that I'm missing or got questions, let me know. As far as payment goes, a check or money order will do. I'll post my address once I have an order to place.

Randy, I have one in the bag from the Chicago release! Now I did think the shirts would some what be rare and then Ford made more! BUT this one was supposed to go to our squeaky freind from ILL, and I made sure that I hid it! So it makes it worth a ton! You were giving a 100 for that one this one ha to be worth 500 because who it was supposed to go to and that I borrowed it!

Mike, I have a super high res pic of the SHO logo in reverse colors. IMO the ECOBOOST stuff is coming off of my car so I would only want a SHO logo. Im not green in anyway! and would not want to Advertise it. LOL going to rev my diesel and produce a carbon footprint that you can see on your next Sat photo of Spencer Ma..

Im sure if you do a small run of these Ford really wont have much of an issue. if you started selling 100's or 1000's they would. They have to say that to protect thier contracts that they have with there vendors. But each group have done this throughout the years.. and everything to do with the cars everyname has a patent.

Count me in for one.

Kirk, the EcoBoost was something I came up with for the lack of anything else. I made it off a picture of my trunk badge. There's nothing I could find online. Send me that HiRez SHO one you got and I'll post it.

As far as postage, I checked the USPS website. A large envelope may not qualify for the lower rate of $3.26, it has to be an even thickness. That means it'll have to go Parcel Post which is $4.90.

Do you need any info other than this?

There doesn't seem to be much interest now, you and Kirk were the only ones that actually placed an order. Initially, it appeared that I could get an order of about 10-15 shirts where I could at least get some of my money back for the cost of the setup... oh well.

Merry Christmas!

Thanks for all your work. I was looking forward to getting a SHOpolo. It's amazing that TCCA can get a shirt done with good response and we have to struggle with the same thing. I would think our group would be more supportive than this. Well, again thanks for all your work and let me know if anything changes in the future. I'll be 1st to sign up.:salute:

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year,

DJ

Why don't you guys just use something like Zazzle ( zazzle.com ) or Cafe Press (cafepress.com)? May be a little more per shirt... but you won't have to order a bunch of them. They also do embroidery etc.

The only concern might be that the stuff is copyrighted, but I doubt anyone would notice.
