yeah thats what i am thinking. i am sure i could get it professionally sprayed for cheap. because i know it would be near impossible to match my not so great oxford white...

hey man white isent all that bad if it has the clearcoat on it still and isent faded/oxidized. if worst came to worst duplicolor has oxford white in the rattlecan and you can still do a decent job with it. but IMO i would do Black and if you already have black wheels you will be looking hot.

Yeah, you wouldn't HAVE to get it profesionally sprayed. The grill is small enough where you don't have to worry about streaks and what-not. Still be carefull with runs/drips, but those are easy enough. Mine was red when I got it...

I say paint it semi-gloss black..... will look great on a white SHO.

I used a paint called "Trim Black". I forget who makes it, but it is very good paint. The color is VERY close to the stock semi-gloss black used on the body strip. I also used it to paint the wiper arms and the mirrors.

EDIT: Here's a link to the paint I used. http://www.tptools.com/p/2208,233_SEM-Trim-Black-Paint.html

Here's a good pic of my police grille, in semi-gloss black.

Here are some pics with various grills. I could not find the picture of my car with the Police grill unpainted. I have no idea where those pictures are.

Homemade police grill. It is the same black from the gen I SHOs. Not the best picture.

White Police Grill.
Popogrill

This is the best picture I could find with the unpainted Police grill. I used it as my SIG for a while.

so realistically it should not be that hard to paint it black and clear a police grill with rattle cans?
