I have been having an intermittent issue with my SHO not starting and last week is died on the freeway. I had the car towed to the dealer to find out what this issue was (because I have just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter and it didn't solve the issue.) And they have informed me that it is the fuel pump relay and have quoted me a cost of 310.00 to replace it. Does anyone know where this relay is located, how much it costs to buy, and if it is worth doing the job my self? Please help I really need to get this car back on the road. Thanks.

The fuel pump relay is integrated into the Constanr Control Relay Module. It's that black box under the plastic shroud above the radiator with the huge wiring harness. The module also includes the a/c relay and cooling fan relay. You "should" be able to pick one up at a junkyard. I believe that they are the same also for a 3.0SLO, but I am not 100% sure. Someone else will be able to tell you for sure.

half-way there, I think.
Correct the relay is on the driver side above the radiator. You want to make sure you get the same letter code. My old one began working after I took it apart and cleaned it.
