Pinched Line?

When I take right turns whether I'm stopped or going 30 mph my car starts to hesitate. It happens alot when I'm low on gas. Could this be a pinched gas Line?

sounds more like your fuel pump is sucking air in right turns. I believe there is supposed to be a baffle in the tank to keep gas from swishing around alot. It may be out of position.
