I still get the 219 code (SPOUT signal defaulted to 10 degrees BTDC / SPOUT circuit open)

I have checked the circuit multiple times, and it checks out every time, is there anything else that can cause this problem and possibly explain why my car runs like this

when I try to take off the thing stumbles badly, occasionally popping through the exhaust, and it absolutely will not rev past 5 grand, throttle position also plays a large factor in this as well, I can only hold the throttle open so far before it starts to bog down really bad, not sure how else to explain it

car has new cps, plugs, wires, DIS timing belt, water pump

any help will be greatly appreciated

ahh a new twist to the story at work we threw a pressure gauge on it because I thought it was acting like it was starved for fuel, turns out the sucker only has 25 psi of pressure (on a new autozone pump no less) any suggestions?

New fuel filter maybe, if it hasn't been replaced already.

Also, pull the vacuum hose off the Fuel pressure regulator and check for fuel in that line. If you find fuel in the line, the diaphram in the FPR is ruptured. The FPR might have failed.

The AZ pump may be defective, also.

Verify there is full battery voltage being provided to the pump. You can check in the trunk at the inertial switch after removing the trunk liner.

There may be a restriction in the fuel line somewhere.

Just a few ideas that would cause your 25 psi problem.

new filter at the same time as the pump only a couple of months ago. no fuel came out of that regulator with the vacuum line off, and the pressure didn't change when we did that either stayed at 25 going to check voltage to the pump later today, still betting on a bad AZ pump now though
