My pcm relay/fuel pump fuse 30A keeps blowing and the engine dies, because the ccrm doesnt get any power. I want to know what is causing this fuse to blow so much. It seems like it blows when my car bucks hard. I have the symptoms of a bad cps but I have replaced it twice with no effects. And also is there anything that could cause my car not to recognize a new cps? thanks.

Fuses blow because too much current is flowing through them. It is extremely unlikely that anything to do with your CPS is related to this fuse blowing.

You most likely have a fuel pump that is drawing too much current or you have a chafed wiring harness issue that is causing an intermittent short to ground on one of the load circuits.
