Under the drivers side B pillar lower molding, under the drivers side seatbelt lower reel, is a black thing Ford calls a sound insulator. By now all of them are extremely brittle and will shatter like glass with any applied pressure or bending. Carefully pry the single pushpin holding it in at the top, but don't pry against the actual part, you can only pry against the metal of the B-pillar.
