Quick question for you all, I need to replace my turbos and due to my unique situation I’m not able to buy new turbos from Ford and as much as I’d like to I can’t send them out to be upgraded. Anyway, will the turbos from an explorer sport work on the sho? Both are 2015. I haven’t been able to find anything detailing compatibility between the two or lack of. Obviously I’d rather get new from Ford or upgrade but I’m just not in a position to do so, and my Taurus is the only car I have to drive. Thanks.

I dont understand the issue with ordering Turbos from Ford. Tasca has had them in stock for like 650$ each. A couple members in our sho club bought them within the past month or so and got them without issues quickly and cheaply.
And yes Flex, Explorer, Police Interceptor and whatever the lincoln is. All the same part number

The 682 A and B for left and right

Thanks, The only issue is I don't have the money to both pay for labor and for the new OEM parts, I'm a college student but I do work, I'm able to get Explorer turbos used for $550/pair, labor I got quoted from different shop between $1500-2300, my ford dealer wanted $3000. Overall I don't need these turbos to last the next ten years just temporary for a few months so I can save more without worrying about further damaging my car so I have an extra set of turbos I can send out to be upgraded and not be without a car that I need to drive everyday.

I just bought a new pair of OEM turbos from Custard Core Supply on eBay for $600 for the pair. They can come down 5% if you make an offer. Search for "Ford Flex Lincoln MKS MKT Ecoboost 3.5L V6 - Turbo Turbocharger Set 2010-19" and custardcoresupply. They are legit turbos (new, complete, OEM) and just took me to a 12.18 @111.89 on 93 last night.
