I have a 94 MTX paint code WH which is supposed to be Ultra Red. Is WH the only identification I need to buy this paint. It does not look like the sample on the web. What is the best supplier?

Go to your local automotive paint store. They can color match your faded paint better than buying something based off of just the paint code. You would want to buy the smallest amount the the shop sells of a single stage acrylic enamel and a small touch-up brush (my local store sells 1/2 pints of paint). All of that should not cost more than $15 and it should match perfectly.
