Ozzmannt -- Beware

Well, it looks like OzzmanNt wasn't too busy to ask for and take my PayPal for the rear 26mm sway bar he agreed to sell me.

I have not heard from him and sent him numerous emails with delivery confirmation, so I know he has received them. He has received my direct emails and emails from this thread. His pm box is full and his links on his website do not work. Over three weeks and no return contact or sway bar. He does not answer me or other members who have attempted to get ahold of him.

So make your own conclusions, but use caution with him, since his initial actions and then lack of actions speak loudly. Who knows what makes a long time (April 2001) member go bad. He goes by OzzmanNT on the forum, name is Matt Swartz, aim is OzzmanSHO, ebay is Ozzmannt, his website and email is [email protected] and is from Dinwiddie, Virginia.

Wow, that really doesn't sound like Matt to me (met him a couple of years ago). I think Tim T was trying to get in touch with him too - maybe he's got something going on in his personal life. Hope everything works out between you guys.

Well, just an update. Matt Swartz aka Ozzmannt continues to ignore both me and now PayPal.

I filed my he has my money for weeks … I didn't get my item for weeks … he ignores my emails for weeks complaint with PayPal.

He never responded to them either. Thank goodness for PayPal and their refund.

So like I said before, make your own conclusions, but personally I would stay way clear of this guy. He made a deal, took my money, then wasted my time for weeks and weeks, never bothered to return emails and doesn’t seem to care about his now bad reputation.

I bought a battery relocation kit(box and cables) from him back in Feb/March and never got them. Never responds to my emails and won't refund me my money. I ended up buying a powdercoated aluminum box from summit cause I couldn't wait any longer.
