Ok, here's what happened.

I was driving at about 70mph and started to lay into the throttlwe to go around a truck and it sputtered. Nothing too serious.

But then, as I came to a stop and left the light, it wanted to stall out and lost revs, like it wasn't getting fuel or spark.

No oil in the plug wells, the cam sensor is new, and the crank sensor is still good. If I keep the revs up, it's fine.

It only happens after a decent freeway cruise, and after it cools off, NO ISSUES!

Ideas? Anybody?

THANKS!

Ok until engine gets warm. Even at full throttle? If so I would suspect the ignition module failing after getting hot. I got a idea. Run it around and get warm and act up, stay close to home. When acts up leave hood close and get ice pack on it and see if clears up quickly. Only other idea I got is fuel related pump or filter. I kind of think not likely on that. Maurice

I was thinking pump or Ignition too.

I can't get it to act up around town. Only after cruising for a while.

I've ran the crap out of it around town with ZERO issue. And I'm talking some serious highway runs between exits too!

I had something similar like that happen to me. I had to rev it to keep it going. Checked the usual stuff and could not find anything. For whatever reason I thought of looking at the PCM. I pull the glove box and touch the PCM. That thing was hot! I let her cool and the SHO started right up. Just a thought.
