As mentioned, KBB is useless. Way over-inflated with no actual data from dealers. NADA is the most accurate when you're looking at the dealer subscription version, not their consumer version. Best way to figure a price is to go with the loan value as that is the most consistent price model and what banks will write a 100% note on.
Realistically, that price is not far off based on what I've been seeing which are 2010's with 12-20K miles retailing in the $28K-$32k price range. You could probably negotiate an additional $1000-$1500, but I wouldn't expect much more than that.
Remember that a car's largest depreciation in percentage is in the first 12 months.
