I know you all are tired of answering my subwoofer questions but I have one more. I think that there is a short in the two wires that hook up to my subwoofer. I noticed that it will play sometimes then it will stop. It keeps doing this. I'm wondering is there a way to get this fixed without having to pay alot of money? (>$50)

PS. Thanks to everybody who has tolerated my questions about the stock subwoofer.

No problem at all, thats what we're here for. Okay, i didnt read your earlier post, is the sub aftermarket on the stock amp? Cuz i remember once i ghetto rigged 2 12s to the stock JBL, if i turned it up, they would go out. I assume its just because the amp is too weak and just gave out. But i would turn it down and it would go back on. You may need a new or better amp. Im assuming your only running the one, i would go to www.caraudio.com. They have a list of sites that have GREAT prices. I would just get a kinda cheap amp and run one channel to that sub. Good luck.
