Something to go with the SHO fa, of course.

Just tossed a couple old pistons in to see where glass wanted to sit.

Not bad. Think I'll do it. Maybe put it on casters, too. Nice touch with the busted valve visible in the right piston.

Looks perfect! Of course the wife will probably want some degreaser applied before you bring it in the house... :D

I say put it on a small custom-made pallet with castors made from a set of ASFBs. Paint it to include the Gen 3 SHO logo (though the "not so flattering" condition may not warrant such cosmetics).

It is going to get a full clean up and brushing. It will look like new aluminum on the outside but I am not going to buff it out or anything.

That short block with the crank and counterbalance shaft is about 150 pounds if I would have to guess.
Definitely going on casters, but I don't want to lift it too much more.

I like the subframe bushing idea. Makes sense.

Keep the ideas coming. Still in teardown and cleaning.
