ok, stupid tune loading question

Well I can't get the tunes to load in the car. I'm sure it's something I'm doing wrong with the keyless go system. The tunes are loaded into the SCT, I'm trying to load stge 2, but fails on getting strategy, then fails on unlocking ECU. If it were a "keyed" car I know when I have it on but not start. Help is appreciated.:swing:

Did you hold the start button down for 3-5 seconds with your foot off the brake? You cant just press it.

I had the same issue on my first try too. Billm0066 is 100% right. Just pushing the key does not turn on the power, it only gives you Sync. Hold the button and all the church bells ring just like at start up but without starting.

Maybe 3-5 seconds works. But as instructed by LMS 20-30 seconds.

Hold it for like 5 seconds until the speed indicator starts moving and then press select while it is indicating a speed (let's say 60mph)...

Got it programmed. Took forever(15-20 minutes). Programming the L or the Shelby is so much quicker. Only put Livernois stg2 in it, but it does feel so much better.

20-30 seconds is way too long. 3-5 is all you need.

The first flash takes a long time because it is saving your stock calibration. When you flash to other tunes it will only take 5-10 minutes.
