I have a misfire, but all of my plug wells are completly dry and my plugs look new.
I am replacing these wires as soon as the new AC Delco wires come in along with the plugs.

My intake cambers are caked with oil and carbon deposits. is this normal for a SHO?
Maybe its because only has 249,000 miles on it.I don't know :bonk:
Could the injectors cause it to misfire and How could I check the coil to know if it is causing a misfire?
Anything I should check due to the mileage??
Could the "cats" be stopped up and cause a miss,I noticed that the exhaust comes out of one pipe at a time SOMETIMES???
Thanks
-Rick

First thing you need to do is pull any stored trouble codes, you can do it yourself:

http://www.shophoenixproject.com/eec/eec.htm (SHOPP)

Get the codes and post them here for some feedback.

Being a new SHO owner, I suggest you check out the the rest of the SHOPP site, it's got detailed information and pics regarding several of the more notable maintenance items. And another good place to browse around is SHOtimes:

Well I took it to the exhaust shop and had them gut the cats and put on new mufflers.
One of the cats had broken up and stopped up the mufflers.
I had them put on some magnaflows]
I still had a misfire and the wires and plugs came in,so I put them on and no more misfire.

Oh yeah my tranny is shifting like crap it you drive like grandma its fine but if you step on it and try to shift you have to wait for the rpms to go down.
I will try this:
1.Check the cable linkage for the clutch and adjust if ness.
2.Check my tranny oil and use "syncromesh" if its bad or low
3. What about a bad pressure plate??
Thanks

Who did that for you? Everybody I ask looks at me like I am a retard. I even asked about taking my y-pipe in OFF the car, and still have been told no.

Find a mom and pops place that will take cash and not write a reciept and they will do it no questions asked.
