I am looking at what I have from the kit and I am thinking I am missing one peice. I can not figure out how it would go. Am I correct that the two washer go on either side of the oil pan sealing it??. because I think I need 2 nuts and not 1 so I can tighten it down. Or can I just put any washer so the washer does not go over the 90's edge.

One washer on each side of the pan with the nut on the inside with the double threads. Both times I have installed mine, I used some RTV for some peace of mind.

Finishing the fuel rail, injectors and fpr now/today.

Then put the p/c alterantor in along with the bracket. Then do the fuel pump, oil supply/reutrn, piping, belt, and put the new intake/Vc on. 2-3 more sunday and it should be running. I wish I had more time to do it but work has never been busier (which is really good nowadays)

I am dying to see what this t-trim can do at 9-10 psi. I cant wait to hit the dyno again and the 1/4 strip.

So jason I am gonna guess it does not need to be super tight to seal it. As the washer can easily be pushed over the "lip" of the 90. Thats why I was thinking I am missing peice.

I like the RTV idea though.

I don't remember exactly, but I thought the collar helps it fromp being tightened too far. I would just snug it up (I used loc-tite on the threads for the nut inside the pan) with some RTV and it whould be fine. Make sure you have the angle right before it dries up.
