Pretty easy job.

Its been a while, but Ill take a stab at it :naughty:

MTX specific:

1. Remove Y-pipe
2. Remove starter
3. remove bolts attaching the pan to the tranny
4. Remove dust clutch dust shield
5. Remove remaining oil pan bolts
6. pry, shake, and cuss with all your mite till the pan breaks free

The "oil pan gasket" is actually two end gaskets. The sides of the pan are sealed to the block using supplied RTV.

You might want to consider replacing/checking the rod bearings while you're in there, not much more to do.

All of my SHO's have had them done except the last 93, which will be done shortly.....they should be in Monday, suppose to have been today! I think I payed $66.99 shipped for the rod bearings, oil pickup tube gasket, and oil pan gasket!

While you are there pull off a main cap to see what those bearings look like...since you are there.
