Oil buildup on tanks

That's pretty bad. How Many miles? You might want to pull it apart, clean it up, and see if the other runners are as gunked up and see if there is a sealing issue there. Maybe there is an oil leak nearby and it's getting burned and condensing there??? I recall seeing that kind of mess on other areas of dirty engines that drip and burn oil. Or maybe oil vapor leaked around those locations as well??

My previous 92 had oil coming out of one of the couplers such that it would start to puddle on the front cover after a couple of weeks.

You may as well drive it until it shoots oil everywhere, and then we will all gladly buy your parts. Mine does that on one runner as well. It's on the list

Check the crank case breather line for obstructions. It runs from the valley between the heads to the bottom of the throttle body.
Also check the hose from the front valve cover to the intake as well.
