I was planning on Sept. for using the pool, late Oct usually has the water too cold. Will you be home for a meet on either oct 22 or 23? If you could make it, we can re-work plans. JD says the Oct dates are actually better for him.

That weekend of September isn't good for me. Plus I work on Saturdays and I will have just came back from California a few days earlier so won't have any more time to take off. After being gone away for nearly 2 weeks of work, boss won't appreicate me being off for 3 Saturdays in a row either.

I'm with Sam for being in October but if everyone can do Sept, that's understandable. I can try to catch the next one, no worries.

I'm taking 10 days off in the first half of September so I don't know what I could do as far as time off the rest of that month; I could probably pull a Sunday though. I've got nothing on tap from October til the end of the year.

SHO meet Sept 25th ?

OK.

wife #1 has nixed the October dates for us to host the meet. however, Sept 25th Sunday still available. it might be a little short-notice for some people, but right now it looks good.

sounds like we would miss Sam unless we wait till Oct. I would likely be able to make an Oct meet at DJ's, but just can't guarantee hosting on that weekend.

I am now a man w/ 2 garages -- one in CH (shared w/ wife #1) and a second in Danville (2 garage queens!)

If we could keep it on a Sunday, it'll work out better for me (and Andi also). Keep us posted on what you guys decide. John does have a nice area for a meet, I can agree with him on that. ;)

Not sure what I was thinking before the Auburn Clemson game is the 17th, not the 25th. Either way, I will just have had 10 days including two full weekends off, no way I'll be able to swing another off, though there's a chance I'd be off Sunday anyway. I think I'd like to relax at home that weekend if I am off, maybe turn a wrench on my SHO.

Hey Folks, I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to back off the offer of co-hosting part of the meet at my house. I've had to start a new pain medication regiment and it's going to be a lot of trial and error, trying to find a new mix of meds to handle my pain(and related issues). I still hope to make it to the meet, but I'm just not able to commit to hosting. I hope to be in a better position come spring, but for now please accept my apologies. :salute:

SHO meet in Sept

Bad news. I have just been pulled for hospital duty on that weekend, so we are out of luck for now for Sept. Oct no good for me as sponsor.

Early Nov still up in the air, will try to keep you guys posted about a free weekend, say Sun 6th, 12nn meeting time, etc. usual schedule: meeting, socialize, ? driving time, line-up, dinner, home.

We can shoot for November if need be. What's the availability for some of the other members? Seems like we had everyone's input for a short bit back and forth then it dwindled away. Kevin, Jamie, Paul, Terry, Sam, Ashley, Stephen, etc., what's you guy's time frames look like?

Thanks for trying DJ, it's totally understandable man. Good luck with your new meds and hopefully they get you back on track in no time. JD, thanks for the heads up. Your line of work never stops bro. Perhaps these next couple months will fly on by for ya.

Okay, we have had a good meet at VIR and an excellent AutoX outing in Danville, VA. What's next for the TSHOC? :salute:

By the way, I'm sorry I had to miss the AutoX, but had a wonderful time at my grandson's 2nd birthday. Here's a photo of my grandson, Peter, taking a break in the ball pit during his Birthday Party!

Those two meets were to much excitement for TSHOC, I'm down for another stand around and look at eachother meet with good food. I'm willing to host but will need to talk to Ashley.

With that said, If I hosted a meet, it would be on a Saturday. Not date yet, but on a Saturday for sure.

I'll talk to Ashley.
