Ford doesn't make radiators - they buy them from one of the big radiator manufacturers. Shop around. You should be able to find them for not much more than $100. Try your local auto parts stores, RockAuto.com, CarParts.com, etc.

There's a guy on eBay that has them at a starting bid of $49.99, with Buy-It-Now of $85.00 + $19.99 shipping. His ad is a generic for all Taurii, but I emailed him a couple of months ago and he said he'd ship an application-specific Modine.

Here's a link to one he's has running now: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1740383955

If you're not in a rush, most seem to sell in the Mid $50's to $60's if you wait til the auction end instead of buying it now.

Goto your ford dealer. Ask and see if they can order a Visteon radiator. They make them for Ford. Ford just takes them and puts them in a Ford box and charges a lot more. I think I paid $179 for it and it came with a lifetime warranty.
