odd probolem

i have a 98 sho 125 ki in awsome condition .. well i was on my break at lunch sitting in my car i went to turn the key to start and all i got was a click .. all power was gon inside the car period .. then i turnned the ke back to just acc and all lights came on so i turned it back over an no power again ,, got out tested batt all is good jumped back in the car i noticed the theft light was clicking fast hit my key fob buttons and would not stop it quit after 60 seconds .. then i put key in started it ... never happened again ... what could cause this ? im stumpped

Sounds like a bad battery terminal connection or a bad or corroded connection at your starter. I would start there.

I had the same problem. Turned out to be the cable to the starter was overheated, rotten insulation, and almost shorting.

My guess is that the spelling and punctuation gods were punishing you.
