OD light

When I bought my 93 I had an issue with the od light coming on and off while driving after the engine was detailed havnt had an issue since until the other day. Changed the T start out and kept the coolant from spilling on anything and now all the sudden it will turn the od light on and off and randon times. I figured something may have gottenw et but its been a few days and the issue hasnt gotten better.Most of the time as soon as it comes on I can turn it back off with the button other times I cant. On the way to work it would be fine for a few miles than go on then off on its own. Looked at the wires in the shifter handle and didnt see any that were pinched,torn or damaged at all. Any ideas?

My bets still on the shifter handle wires . Try test probing them

After messing with it somemore the od light will go on and off when I tap the brake pedal lol so its a wire issue somewhere just need to track it down. How come u r moving to kc man?

Yup. I just got done swapping a 3.2 motor into my 91. So now I have 3.2 MTX. It has the 3.0 cams in the 3.2 motor. The 3.0 cams are more aggressive. I now have a lot more low end torque. She is fun to drive now!
