O2 Sensor Wiring Diagrams

Hey Everyone,

I am going to be bench testing some 02 sensors using the procedure on SHOtimes .

I was curious if anyone knows how to determine which wires are which, specifically which one is the output wire. I also wouldn't mind knowing what the other wires were.

Shopar,

18 guage black - "power ground" both sensors

18 " pink/orange stripe "ignition run" - both sensors

18 red /black stripe - left HEGO

18 dark blue/ light green stripe - right HEGO

The above info is for a 90, however the ignition and ground wires will be the same color, and the signal wires will be different. This should give you enough info to do your test. Don't get burned! thumb -rangerj
