Well I had to take it all apart again. I went to hook the vac lines back up and found that I had them on the wrong side or upside down...dammit.

So does anyone recall what the torque specs are on the nuts for the BBB and the snakes? I was thinking 12 ft/lbs but wanted to double check. I did not see it in my phoenix wright up unless I missed it someplace.

I'm pretty sure it is 11-17 ft-lbs. The BBB's are torqued the same as the regular butterflies ;-)

I've done that more than once I tell you what. Ive never torqued any of those nuts on the intake, just set them to German Specs: Guten Tight....just not too tight

If a nut or bolt has a torque spec use a torque wrench, period. That way you will break fewer bolts and strip fewer threads. Gooten-tight? Good grief! Shade tree mechanics.

Also, that way we will have fewer questions about how to remove the broken piece of the bolt!!!
