Axle nut socket

You need a 30mm axle nut socket (and probably a big breaker bar) - ask for it by name at the parts store. The outer CV shaft is too long for a normal socket to fit over. Also you will want to get a new hub retaining nut (part # N804199-S191) from the dealership if you are removing it - they can't be reused because they are 'torque prevailing' design - basically they have some goo on the threads and deform and the torque spec on the bolt is only correct the first time you put them on, reuse them and you risk messing up your wheel bearings. Torque the nut to 180-200 foot pounds.

Also you should get a new lower control arm ball joint retaining bolt and nut unless you are really on a budget, the bolt deforms and the nut is elliptical. (part # N804021-S60 and N803985-S160). Also a new cotter pin for the castle nut on the tie rod end. It also helps to have about a 6 foot pry bar to get the ball joint out of the knuckle. Good luck!
