So again on noise from front a Styrofoam squeak rubbing noise update.
It appears to be extremely louder now

Maybe lower right control arm
Maybe suspension coil strut
Maybe rubbing something else a pillar body
Maybe motor mount

I push on car up down no noise
Put car on rack no noise from suspension under by lifting tire on jack
Even car stopped after moved makes noise

Rear of car appears warranty recall on sway bar and or links still noisy as **** in rear

Car rides extremely rough too

Like a bucking bronco over speed bumps ect

Where do I even start again ?

Please
Thank you

Front lower control arms. You can knock them out for less than $200 + an alignment. Seems to have fixed my issue and now the car rides much better on uneven terrain.

Your best bet is going to be to take it to a mechanic. No one can diagnose your car in the new posts you make every week asking the same questions.

I am a mechanic loI

However not a FORD fan. Neither owned a SHO before

I'm more lenient into a pillar ,motor mounts, or something else.

I find it sooner or later

Drive it down a gravel road. If it's very noisy, you need new lower control arms. I'm not a mechanic but I am a Ford guy. My mechanic buddy rode with me and immediately identified the issue. I had the same squeak before and now I don't.
