Noise comming from ac

My a/c is making a nocking noise from inside. Sounds as if is comming from the defrost area. Has any one had this problem?

Inside of what? The dash?

Does it happen with a specific frequency?

yea my car still does it, the defroster works fine on mine its just when ever i turn on the a/c then it makes a loud grinding sound with some thumping, NOT GOOD! lol but i work around it
