I just recently put a new motor in my car. It doesn’t crank but the start does work (tested it)’ theft is on for some odd reason

New ECU or Key? Make sure your grounds are reattached.

Does the remote work to open / close doors?

Is this the factory PATS still? One of mine has an aftermarket system which needs me to use the remote once when restoring power before it allows the car to start.
