Just happen an hour ago. I run the self-test program. And after I finished the first test and try to start the car to do the second test. The car won't start.
1) Has fuel sound
2) battery is on
3) can hear the click and the rpm instead of going from 0 to 2000 or more, it hit from 0 to lower.

Any suggestion?

Check the voltage on the battery and make sure the connections are clean and tight. If possible, check the cable connections on the starter solenoid and starter. If all of this checks out, your starter may have worn itself out. If you have a manual transmission, try bumping the engine a little by putting the shifter in 4th gear and rolling a little before letting out the clutch. Then try cranking the engine. If it is the starter, it may crank now.
