Okay,
After seeing how bad my 92 was getting neglected, I did the 60k on it and replaced the following

Front main Seal
Valve Cover gaskets
Spark Well Seals
Wires (Ac Delco)
Plugs (Autolite Plats)

Put everything back together and now the starter just spins. I was wondering when I was cleaning the gunk away from the CPS if it went out, because I have NO fire to the plugs. I pulled one of the plugs out and put a screwdriver to it while the wife turned the car over. Nothing. I double checked the spark plug wiring and it is correct. All grounds are connected. I guess my first suspicion is that the CPS went bad when I was cleaning the front main seal area with Carb cleaner and now won't tell the wires to fire. Any ideas?
