I HAVE A 95 SHO AND THE OTHER DAY I REPLACED THE THREMOSTAT AND IN THE PROCESS HAD TO UNPLUG THE PLUG GOING INTO THE COIL PACK/DISTRIBUTOR UNIT. WHEN I WENT TO PLUG IT BACK IN AND START THE CAR IT WOULD NOT START. THERE IS NO SPARK EITHER. COULD IT BE THE IGNITION MODULE? OR THE COIL PACK? HELP PLEASE! ALSO THE FACTORY CD PLAYER ISNT WORKING, IT READS THE DISC BUT KICKS IT OUT AFTER 10 SECONDS. ANY SUGGESTIONS? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

hey man, work with me here, i just replaced my thermostat the other day, and i made a huge bonehead mistake of not connecting my grounds properly so my sho wouldnt rev over 5k, so dont be offended if i ask if you maybe disconnected something else and didnt realize it? maybe you disconnected the MAF or TPS to get your hand in to turn the ratchet and just forgot? as far as the factory cd player goes, i know the stock cd players go fritzy after a while, but if it worked before then maybe when we get the car started it will be ok. just check the your connections on the coil pack are solid and everything is as it should be. thats the best advice i can give for now.

Get the car running first before worrying about the CD player (unless you had planned on sitting in the driveway listening to tunes in a dead car).

When you say the car "won't start", do you mean that it will crank (turn over) but not fire or that it does not even turn over?

During the process of replacing the thermostat, did you disconnect any other wires/connectors either intentionally or by accident?

Did you remove anything other than the air inlet hose in order to access the thermostat?

Did you have difficulty removing the connector on the coil and perhaps pulled it loose by the wires?

Do you have a voltmeter and an inclination to troubleshoot an apparent electrical problem?

Does your computer's keyboard have a CAPS LOCK key? If so, make sure it is off.
