Last night when I went to work, my windows and sunroof work fine. When I got off work this morning, no power to them at all. I also smelled a funny smell when I turned my car on. The circuit breaker got really hot. It has been pulled. I have been having problems with my unlock switch not working. Has anyone had this problem? Any help will be greatly appericated:thankyou:

No, it was working great last night, plus I replaced it not to long ago. I am going to check out the relay thatis under the dash for the windows. I just hope it is something easy. Right now our weather is over 100 and I don't have air, so this really sucks. Can't go anywhere with weather like this. Most of the time it doesn't matter, because I sleep during the day, but it is my week end. I will let everyone know when I get this fixed and what I did to fix it. Any other suggest would be great.:)

I do believe that I have fixed my problem. There was only 2 things that I did and everything started working. 1st I pulled the #6 fuse because it keeps blowing and all that it controls is the clock and the lights for the switches on the the doors. 2nd I replaced the motor for the sunroof with the spare one that I have. I'm not sure which one fixed it, but my curcuit breaker isn't getting hot anymore and I can now roll down my windows and open the sunroof:woo-hoo:, which is a wonderful thing. I did get the electrical cleaner and the electrical grease. Since I had the driver's door switches out, I cleaned them and greased them. I am going to do the other doors later. I am hoping this fixed the problem and that it doesn't repeat itself.
