Check the master fuse block in the ENGINE COMPARTMENT. If all is good then you melted a fuse link in the main wire to the engine compartment fuse block.

In the wires leading to the high current fusebox in the engine compartment. Right between the driver's side strut tower and the firewall, up by the windshield cowl. Wiring diagrams are a sticky on one of the threads on this site...

It should be 12v with the switch to 'start' with the clutch in...so test it before the ignition switch, after the ignition switch, before the clutch interlock, and after the clutch interlock. That will narrow it down. The EVTM is a friend.

if you're feeling froggy, you can always try the 'screwdriver start' method (short out the two terminals of the solenoid with a screwdriver, it ought to crank). That'll rule out starter issues.

does the starter make a click when you put the key forward? if it does, the starter is most likely hooked up properly, but you got a bad one. the click is the solenoid trying to engage.
if there is no click check your wiring again and all connections. last resort grab another starter.
