no lights , power or windows?

What it could be , I tried to recharge or replaced the battery and there is no power for me to put lights , window or start up the car which i checked the whole fuse box - it looks fine ...so what it might be as well ?

Bad cables?

I'd lean towards bad cables as well. Also, maybe a bad ground some where?

Okay heres the update .... The light is very low which it has no power to start up also when i touch the brakes , the radio shut off so is the climate control and the RPM is acting up when I press the window button ....So It might be a bad ground wire somewhere ...isnt there anything else that I should know?
