Hey all,
I was redoing my interior and had unplugged the rear amp tray to remove it and reattached the grounding cables.

Turn the headlight switch on and the instrument lights do not come on and the clock goes dark.

Read through as many threads as I could.
No bad fuses
Replaced dimmer switch
Checked cables behind radio and all were solid. That red/light blue illumination wire was connected and tight.

Now when I turn the headlight switch to the right I can hear a click, i'm assuming it's just the circuit completing?

Is the headlight switch the next replacement?

Thanks

Well I have no instrument lights when I turn on my headlights. The clock goes dim when the headlights are turned on.

Guess I'm going to have to try and find the bad ground.

Turns out the fuse is blowing. Radio keeps resetting to 12:00 when the lights turn on.
