your going to have to pull the codes and find out what is going on first

^What he said. Check under the hood and make sure all the sensors are plugged in too, something could've loosened up during the installation.

Thanks for super hasty responses. I knew check codes would be first response. I read on SHOtimes how to do it, then when I was looking for the connectors under the hood realized the air hose came disconnected from the box. I'm very glad it was that easy.
