On my 1994 mtx i turn my key and the fuel pump does not turn on. And there is no fuel pressure in the fuel rail. I went through the powertrain control manuel and got stuck. I have 3.5 mv at igneta switch. and at pin 5 on ircm the same. i have power going to the ircm on pins 8 and 12 of 11V. i tryed diffrent ircm i still had nothing. the book says to test ircm and cheak voltage at pin 22 then go back to the first section of flow chart. does it mean the pcm because on pin 22 on ircm is WOT A/C cut out. and how many volts should it be and if there is or are not any votage at pin 22 on pcm what is wroung and what to fix. If any one could help id very much appreaciate it.

Did you check the inertia switch in the trunk? CHeck for power to that switch and from that switch to the fuel pump. The red button must be depressed to have current pass through to the fuel pump.

not to sound like a smartass, but did you look into the possibility that the pump itself has failed? it's been known to happen.

Yeah, check the volts at the pump assembly. If they are correct then you can dig down and replace the pump. If they are wrong or non existent then move to the other end and start there.

Yup. If there's no voltage to the pump, check the inertia switch. If there's no voltage going to that, check the ccrm. If there IS votage going to that, but isn't going out towards the pump, the ccrm is probably your problem.
I had to do the same thing awhile back. Start at the end and work your way back to the beginning.
