So I noticed the Left Rear rotor is a little rusty indicating no braking pressure. I disconnected the steel line from the rubber brake hose that goes to the caliper and nothing comes out when the brake is pressed. While the person in the car was pressing on the brake I noticed the bias valve only moves slightly like an eigth of an inch when the brake is pressed. I tried holding it closed and also holding it open by hand and still cant get any brake fluid to come out of the steel line. Only the right rear brake line works. Even with the wheel on and the car on the ground, nothing will come out of the brake bleeder screw either when the rubber hose line is connected.

Any ideas what would cause this? I have my ABS computer disabled for alteast a year now.

The bias valve might be fubared. Thats what happened to mine. My bias valve was not letting pressure go back thru the lines causing my rear brakes to drag. I cut the bracket off and started using bias plugs and it cleared it right up.

Have you checked the brake line for that wheel from front to back?

Yep traced that wole brake line and don't see anything out of the ordinary. I don't have much rust under the car and the bias valve is in pretty good shape at least it looks that way on the surface.

There's now way to know for sure by looking at it. Most likely the brake hose the caliper or the prop valve is bad. New hose is cheap, used prop valve should be cheap, caliper shouldn't be too expensive. I'd start with the hose. My front brake hose from the local parts store was about $12

Thnks but I already removed the steel line from the rubber caliper hose and still no fluid. I guess my next rout would be to disconnect the steel line coming frm th MC at the prop valve and see if anything comes out. Probably look into fixing the abs sensors upfront and just pop in bias plugs.

Put a jack under the left rear rotor and load the suspension. Then try to hit the brakes again and see what happens.
